Whenever something happens that could disrupt the smoothness of transport (the end of driver’s working time or fuel, or any messages regarding the technical condition of the car appear) – we can react in real time and provide the driver with a solution before the problem affects your cargo. It goes without saying that prevention is easier than fixing.
With access to so much data, it is impossible to rely solely on your experience and intuition. That’s why we also use Fire TMS computer algorithms to help us prepare the best routes for our drivers and develop them in a graphically transparent way.
Our drivers often point out that they see an improvement in their efficiency when they receive clear messages from us about the entire route and very specific instructions about their current task. This support also leads to a reduction in the amount of fuel burned. We have already written about the optimal micro-scale route planning so that driver can deliver the cargo as quickly as possible. However, we are also doing it on a macro-scale to minimize empty car trips. This has a direct impact on our operating costs and the reduction of CO2 emissions. We make sure that our trucks do not run empty.

This is how we digitize the document flow. Our drivers are equipped with tablets, where they can obtain the appropriate document and send it to the cloud immediately after receiving / delivering the goods. Thanks to this, the money due is transferred to your account faster, and not a single document is lost on the way or turns out to be incorrectly prepared.
