In Poland, bragging is not well received. Sit in the corner and they will find you – says the proverb. Following this principle, we work diligently and usually do not talk too much about our successes … But today we decided to make an exception and share with you what we often hear – that working with Vega is simply good.

We are a relatively young company that continues to build its position on the market. Perhaps that’s why we haven’t lost our energy and enthusiasm yet. We still want to give our clients more, although we know that this approach sometimes requires a lot of us. We are not afraid of work, difficult challenges and sometimes we start cooperation with clients where others tell themselves that they will not be able to cope. It really gives a lot of satisfaction.
The dynamism of a start-up and a pro-customer approach would not have led us far if they had not been supported by the knowledge of the intricacies of the transport industry and the many years of experience of our team. We assume that in order to be effective, we must have the knowledge and technologies of a large company, while maintaining the flexible approach that characterizes smaller organizations. We have no place for corporate absurdities, but we have our own procedures and we stick to them to ensure you get the right quality. Without it, we would not be able to compete in the very demanding market for the transport of hazardous substances.
Of course, you can write anything. However, if you talk to our clients or partners, you will quickly find out that it is not only words, but … life itself. It is possible because we managed to put together an amazing team. Why do good specialists want to work for us?
IN RELATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES, WE FOCUS ON OPENNESS
Our company is growing rapidly. We currently have 9 own trucks and 19 more have already been ordered. In the last year alone, we raised 4 times the number of employees and acquired 10 new customers. This shows that we know transport and we implement it well, but at the same time it is also a great challenge. Too fast development and employment of people who would not feel our philosophy of action would make us one of many ordinary transport companies. And we don’t want to be one of the many!
That is why we focus on recruiting the right people. Most of our employees come to us on recommendation… and this recommendation works both ways. On the one hand, we receive information that a given candidate knows his / her duties, is conscientious and is worth working with. On the other hand, potential employees find out that we play fair, take care of our people and provide them not only with money on time and appropriate work tools, but also with development. This is particularly important in an industry such as ours – where many companies struggle with the lack of experienced drivers, forwarders or other transport specialists.
Vega, however, is not a closed circle of people who have known each other for years. In our team there is a place for people who have come to the company from the outside and we try to keep more of them – thanks to this the team develops better. However, we constantly make sure that we are joined by people who understand how we want to work and share our view of transport.
